Mum and baby pamper day

Come and join us for a lovely treat of a day for mums and babies. Our Christmas themed pamper day includes group sessions of baby massage, yoga, relaxation and guided meditation as well as mum and baby reflexology. The £48 ticket also includes refreshments and Christmas themed food in a lunch box as well as access to wonderful treatments that can be booked and paid for separately on the day.
Timetable for the day - group sessions:
- 09:30 arrival
- 09:45 baby massage with Lisa
- 10:30 yoga with Jo
- 11:15 refreshments
- 11:45 mum and baby reflexology, relaxation and guided meditation with Geraldine
- 12:15 lunch, stay and play social
Additional 30 minute treatments @ £20 each payable to therapist on the day:
- Lizzie 09:30-14:30 (10 available slots for facials or Swedish massage)
- Geraldine 09:30-11:30 and 12:30-14:30 (8 available slots for reflexology or Indian head massage)
