How this works

• purchase the number of four balls that you require by adding to the basket below and proceeding to checkout
• you will receive a confirmation email for your order
• the clinic will contact you to find out a first, second and third choice venue with preferred date and tee time (this is always subject to availability at the organiser's venues. At least seven working day's notice is required. Giving as much notice as possible will enable you to play at the course of your choice on your preferred date at your chosen time)
• the clinic will manage the initial booking on your behalf using your selections as above
• once the clinic has submitted the booking, the golf club will be in contact with you directly to confirm all arrangements
• the clinic will send you a voucher to the value of £50 for a treatment at Holcombe Health Clinic, Holcombe Park, Curtis way, Rochester, Kent ME1 2TQ
