We are excited to invite you to take part in our FREE Healthy Way+ 12-week course. This course is designed to help you live a healthier lifestyle and achieve sustainable weight loss, while improving your overall health.
The course will be run by the clinic's nutritional therapist Lisa from The Nutrition Pod who will guide you through key topics such as:
- Healthy eating and understanding food labels and ingredients
- Being active and how to incorporate exercise into your daily routine
- Behaviour change for long-term success
- Stress management
- Lowering cholesterol levels
- Blood pressure management
- Bone health
- Diabetes prevention and much more!
This course is ideal for individuals looking to lose weight, reduce inches around the waist, lower cholesterol, prevent diabetes, manage blood sugars, improve blood pressure, and become more active. It’s not a quick fix – it’s about making lasting lifestyle changes for better health.
