Join Jo for an hour of mindful movement, coming together to enjoy the benefits of yoga to support our health as women.
Yoga is scientifically proven to reduce stress and inflammation, which exacerbates many of the symptoms associated with hormonal fluctuations, especially during menopause. We will explore techniques that could help with symptoms such as anxiety, hot flushes, joint and muscle pain.
