Pregnancy yoga
Our gentle pregnancy yoga classes will help you to find greater comfort and ease in your changing body whilst building the strength, confidence and trust you need in your body to help bring your baby safely and calmly into the world.
Suitable from 12 weeks, these flowing classes are carefully designed to relieve any tension or unease in your changing body whilst helping you to build the strength, flexibility and endurance needed for childbirth. Classes begin with gentle breathing practices to help to calm your nervous system and prepare your body and your mind for the day of your baby’s birth.
We combine pelvic floor exercises with mindful movements and breathwork to help to shorten the stages of labour and to help with your postpartum recovery. Classes end with a guided relaxation to help you to release any anxiety you may be experiencing as part of your pregnancy journey and to prepare you emotionally for birth.
These classes are suitable for all, no previous yoga experience is needed. They also provide a fun and friendly environment for you to connect with other like-minded mums to be.
Menopause yoga
Flow through a sequence of mindful movements, designed to stretch and strengthen your body whilst bringing as sense of calm and relaxation to your mind. Classes are suitable for all levels and provide a great introduction to practicing yoga, whilst also providing options should you wish to push yourself further in your practice.
Our menopause yoga classes are specially created to support you with breathing techniques and meditations designed to help you to manage symptoms such as hot flushes, irritability, fatique, anxiety, brain fog and low mood. They also provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women also on their menopause journey.
Each class incorporates breath work, movements to support and strengthen your pelvic floor, a gentle yoga flow and guided meditation.
Toddler yoga
Suitable for children aged 1-4 years, these playful sessions will introduce your little one to yoga in a fun and accessible way. Using toys, games, nursery rhymes and stories to help to develop your child’s balance, posture, flexibility, coordination and motor skills. Children will begin to learn to recognise and honour their emotions and develop coping strategies to help them to find a sense of calm and mindfulness.
